Last year, Brooke Lewis, who plays "Nicole" in SLIME CITY MASSACRE, participated in the 2009 Hot Horror Honeys and Hotties Calendar to benefit The Lynn Sage breast cancer research. This year, Debbie Rochon, who plays "Alice" in SCM, and Kealan Patrick Burke, who plays "Cory," are among the pinup fantasies you'll find in living color. That's right, boys and girls, there's eye candy for everyone!
"If you would like to help support The Lynn Sage breast cancer research and support foundation I have a wonderful idea for you!" says Rochon. "Why not pick up the 2010 Hot Horror Honeys and Hotties Calendar for yourself or as a gift for a horror fan you may know for the upcoming holidays?! This is ... (more…)

Pictured: Fear Zone's German correspondent, Tobias Piwek, with actress Eleanor James
Check out Eleanor's Gallery Zone.
23-year-old British actress Eleanor James is one of the many wonderful people I met when I visited the set of UNRATED - THE MOVIE last month. And since Elle's not only a helluva nice gal but also a very talented actress, I took my chance and hooked up with her for a Fearzone-exclusive interview. So take a few minutes, fellow horror fans, and read what this up-and-coming scream queen's gotta say about her time in Germany and her work with splatter mavens Andreas Schnaas and Timo Rose, as well as bashing in rotten zombie heads with machetes, kung-fu kicks and flying ... Some of you might already have seen London-based scream queen Eleanor James in indy horror movies such as FOREST OF THE DAMNED (2005), HELLBRIDE (2007) or COLOUR FROM THE DARK (2008). And those of you who don't know her by now will most likely want to change that right after they've browsed through all the cool photos that Elle has send us. So go ahead and if you like this gallery, please pop in on Elle's MySpace as well and say "hi". I'm sure she'd love to hear from all you crazy Fearzone readers out there...
Look for an interview with Eleanor on FZ in the very near future... (more…)

Ms. Vampy is America's funniest, sexiest, sassiest and most high maintenance vampire! Her personality is as big as her hair and is often described as Betty Boop meets Marisa Tomei in MY COUSIN VINNY. She loves pleather and fur and wouldn't be caught "dead" without high heels! But, there's much more to this loveable vampiress.
EPISODE 3: SIX DEGREES OF MUTILATION
Join Ms. Vampy and her veteran horror guests, Lee Perkins and Kenneth J. Hall, as they get caught up in conversation about everything and "everybody" in the indie horror world...and, Ms. Vampy doesn't like to be ignored! Ms. Vampy later shares her favorite book for single women!

Another still for our Eliza Dushku gallery.

Now that you've actually seen DOLLHOUSE, are you tired of Eliza Dushku?
No?
Then enjoy these five new pics added to our Eliza Dushku Gallery .
Ya gotta hand it to the woman: she's working hard to promote her new FOX TV series even though it was pronounced Dead On Arrival. In addition to the previously released photos, she played the game better than most on THE HOWARD STERN SHOW, and now these shots from Maxim.
I had to laugh at the two quotes embedded in the shots: "I love catching a glimpse of my tattoos when I strip down to take a shower," and, "I like guys who play hard. Scars and broken bones and tattoos are hot." She's not exactly Mary Tyler Moore, but props to her for playing to her ... (more…)

Apparently Eliza Dushku saw our Sarah Michelle Gellar pictorial, got jealous, and did one of her own.
She wins.
As always, special thanks to Wil at HorrorYearbook for getting the goods first.
Apaprently these are promotional stills for DOLLHOUSE.
Apparently FOX will stop at nothing to arouse our interest in the new Joss Whedon series. (more…)

Our Scream Queen reporter disappeared long ago, perhaps disposed of by an actress frustrated by the way he referred to them as "sweetheart." The beef and cheese department isn't an area I've been particularly enthusiastic about covering, but our goal at Fear Zone is to bring you, loyal reader, all aspects of horror.
So here, for your viewing pleasure, are a series of stills Sarah Michelle Gellar posed for early in BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER's run, before she became a "serious actress" in the SCOOBY DOO movies.
Confession: I copied these images directly from Horror Yearbook. If you're a fan of these spreads, I think you'll really enjoy their "Classic Horror Titties" pictorials. Special ... (more…)

While screening SLIME CITY for Roy Frumkes's (STREET TRASH) "Whistling Through the Graveyard" class on horror films, Fear Zone editor Greg Lamberson announced and introduced to the class the star of his next film, SLIME CITY MASSACRE: Erika Smith.
Smith is best known to horror fans as one of the stars of SEXY ADVENTURES OF VAN HELSING (as Van Helsing!), Brett Piper's BITE ME, SINFUL and SPLATTER BEACH. She appears above in SCM concept art by R.J. Sevin, one of the project's special visual effects designers.
"I originally cast Erika as the female lead in the Johnny Gruesome Music Video I directed last year," says Lamberson, who studied film production under Frumkes in the 1980s. "But she ... (more…)
